Whether you book by text, email or call for a pick-up request. Our Customer Service Agent will give you an ETA , or if you pre-book, we will have a team at your pick-up location withtin 15min of your time requested.
All drivers will call before heading to the pick-up location. All driver will call or text when they arrive at your location. At an event give the drivers the keys and they will bring the car to you.
When calling to book a pick-up, feel free to ask for a quote, Since we charge based on the KM traveled not time. Our drivers take all major Credit Cards, Debit, E-Transfer and Cash. Booking an event, want to pay for all the guest No Problem we can set up an account.
Need to take a route that requires a toll road, No problem,
however there will be an additional fee for the chase vehicle charged.
We conduct the most rigorous background checks every 6 months, for all driving candidates. This includes;
Criminal background check including vulnerable sector checks. Pedophile search Driver license check Driver abstract check . Drivers medical required to drive the public.

Please be ready when our drivers arrive. By doing this we can keep our roads safter. The more people we can get home the less chance someone will drive vs waiting. Every minute counts.
Our Drivers call ahead to give you an ETA, this gives you time to say your goodbyes and be ready to leave when your drivers arrive.
We give a grace period of 10 minute before charging a $1 per minute fee on top of our regular fees.
In the colder months a charge of $5.00 will be applied if our driver removes the snow and or scraps windows while the vehicle is warming up.
If everyone was ready when the drivers arrive it allows us to service more people.
Making stops on the way home.
Stops like;
Drive-through food stops, need to get gas, or stopping at the store, there is a $5.00 addtional cost for each one and $1.00 per minute wait fee added to your total bill. Stops for;
Stopping to drop off a friend/family to there home, would be free for the first one however doing two or more there would be a fee of $5.00 for each one after. Stop at bank;
Stopping at a ATM to get cash, we do not charge a fee
CDD Service, charges for our chase vehicle (the vehicle that follows behind) to enter/exit all toll roads since each city and province have different types of road tolls, please ask your driver or dispatch when you call for an estimate before using the CDD Service.
Note: We cannot allow your drivers to enter any toll roads without the
chase vehicle following, due to the chase vehicle keeps track of the KM
traveled and for the safety of our staff.
